Suzi Gaskill has worked in the Salmon farming business for over 12 years working her way up from North Island College co-op student through accounting, executive administration, and Salmon sales before taking on the roll as company Human Resource Advisor. Her experience in the various roles has not only given Suzi many diverse opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally, but to also connect with every level of management and staff. Known for her approachability and knack for making anyone laugh Suzi takes the interest of each employee to heart. Tina Garlinski-Gonsky worked as a project team leader in the employment sector for 11 years before taking on the role as the HR manager at the Port Hardy Processing Plant. Tina has a solid background in career development focused on delivering high levels of employee and client services. Often characterized by her “big picture” perspective, she is also a strong collaborative leader with the proven ability to build highly-competent teams. She is known for her excellent relationship building skills and quirky sense of humor.

Tina is a registered Animal Health Technologist that gained her Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP) designation in 2006 and moved on to complete her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) in 2010.
